Shipping Information
At Traxass Model Gear Shop, we’re committed to getting your high-quality modeling supplies to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International Shipping:
We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote locations. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your modeling supplies purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Our Return Policy:
- You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate a return
- Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened containers of Adhesives and Lubricants
- Used Paint Brushes and Airbrush Accessories
- Opened Model Paints containers (Tamiya, Mission Models, Revell, AK Interactive, Abteilung 502, Badger)
- Any Electrical Supplies that have been installed or used
How to Return an Item:
- Contact our customer service at [email protected] to initiate your return and receive an RMA number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship to: Traxass Model Gear Shop, 5708 West Union Hills Dr, Glendale, US 85308
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
